Footing it like the Romans...

... Team hike to the top of a Ruin, along the old Roman road. Along a Wood - Road, not a wooden Road. It is to meditate, hike, rest and enjoy the quiet and peace of a 10 km round Way.
Extras:
1) Roman Path still as it was.
2-4 ) some wooden carvings and way
5) Wood also means Instrument...I was able to full fill my dream of playing an Alphorn. I could play right away- reason is one of my exercise I do. Asthma people learn to breathe with the Diaphragm and breath out through squeezed lips.
Seriously thinking of trying it further. Was a beautiful day with a lovely Team. We had fun, laughed and that is special
