The River Cocker ...

This shot was taken this morning at 7.00 am and is the River Cocker in Cockermouth, Cumbria. Well I had to do something to get the old legs moving, the Skiddaw walk a couple of days ago is coming back to haunt me!

Following my walk along the River, through the Jennings Brewery and back around the town, I have had a very relaxing day.
