Exhausted ...

Took Kassidy to my mum's house and then it was on with being busy

The two decked areas were for practical reasons rather than real choice

the one in this shot links the kitchen door to the two doorways in the conservatory (when the conservatory was installed the existing paving was "destroyed")

the bottom area was to reclaim a wilderness unloved corner

so I think I'll have complied with the instructions

day 1 - clean deck

leave for 48 hours minimum to dry

two coats 4 hours between

ensure no rain for 48 hours

come on ... they sell this stuff in the UK and I have to guarantee FIVE days of dry weather

anyway happiness is doing the first coat and still having paint left in tin one so you know you can do two full coats with the two tins you have (this stuff is special order so if you run out you have to wait for delivery)

I wanted colour in the garden hence the main reason for doing this but there is a practical reason as well - after 10 years some of the boards are showing their age so this way I can swap them as and when just painting up the new ones!!
