Overnight success

I made another attempt at preparing overnight oats, last evening, and I'm delighted to say that this batch was a triumph. I had a portion for breakfast and grazed on the rest over the course of the day.

I edited yesterday's podcast at lunchtime and I'm pleased with how it's turned out, especially as it was largely improvised. I think the sound quality is all right, and I sent it to Dave to get his view. I think I'd be happy if he says it's good to go, but equally fine if he suggests we take a second run at it.
