Are you going to take the rubbish away?

I had to dodge two bags of rubbish on the way home tonight..
It's hard enough trying to ride a motorbike in town, and keep out of the way of nutter car drivers.. Nevermind having to dodge rubbish bags..

Hopefully this will be resolved soon... Please..
