Once-a-tree

Some still-a-tree in extras.
Nice and bright this morning so once I'd got a load of washing out we went for a walk up the hill I ran up 2 weeks ago, though a different route.
Always good views though a bit hazy today but I have plenty of pics of those so looked for other things today.
This stump, and the extra, were catching the sun, a fine clump of grass wasn't. The heather is about finished, a couple of weeks earlier than usual.
Back home I got another load of washing done and spent the afternoon in the garden, lots of smaller jobs to be done and warm enough to potter around doing them.
