Unexpected

Well if you'd asked me last Sunday where I'd be celebrating being 21 again I wouldn't have guessed we'd be here!

But an unexpected vacancy and a lovely offer from Joanna on Monday found me rearranging my diary to allow us to come away for a few days!

And whilst it rained for much of it, what a lovely birthday I had!

Birthday greetings from Dylan by Whatsapp first thing (see extras!), lunch at Mackerel Sky - our first time and definitely won't be our last, The Roses at Newlyn Filmhouse and then coming out to sunshine we made the most of it with drinks at The Harbour Inn where we reminisced (for the umpteenth time) about our lovely boy and the time he was very cheeky on our first visit to this pub! 

Not a bad start to our wee break!
