Thought I'd make an effort today and take a walk in the opposite direction to my usual left turn once I've left the house. A bit more rural than usual. Something else that was unusual today was the arrival of an appointment date from the NHS for a Bone Densitometry DXA despite me not ticking any boxes of the risk factors, other than being old I suppose, and certainly not the early menopause one.
