From the Boundary

But not beyond it.  Usual Thursday duties  - going up the Kirk café.  Geordie was on holiday, but Willie Buchan turned up, haven’t seen him for a long time.  Back at HQ I continued trimming the hedge  I received a surprise visit from Phil and Caille.  I wasn’t  a good host. Even though Phil gave me some stout. 
 


I don’t think I have ever put a link in a Blip, maybe I never will again.  But today I remembered the most joyous headline in journalistic history.  The headlines of the Dufftown Bugle called it right with only two words.  Coincidentally the very same organ had been running a series about ‘favourite Speyside puddings’
 


When news first filtered through of his house arrest the Editor just couldn’t resist.  The winning recipe was ‘Banana in Custody’
