Catching the light! Another Yucca spike.

A mixed weather day!
Very heavy downpour and then sunshine.
A dental appointment this morning for an hour with the hygienist.
All good,
Followed by a long FaceTime with my sister up in Knaresborough. She was sitting in their conservatory and a sudden storm began, Torrential rain, and thunder and lightening. She had to move to the lounge as she couldn’t hear above the noise!
After which I ferried my hubby to the local hospital to visit Vic, the husband of Hannna4home, and picked him up later,
Another call then, to my cousin Anne up in West Cumbria, in Whitehaven.
We will be up there for a few days in a couple of weeks to see my friend Mary, whom I’ve known ever since we were at College together in the ‘60’s.
She was also one of my bridesmaids.
She has a terminal illness. It is so sad.
Her lovely husband died two years ago, also from cancer.
So we are visiting both of them, as they live not too far from each other.
