Variety
....is the spice of life, I'm told, but the variety of the (bigger) squash is still a complete mystery. It's the one on the left in this blip - having developed neither warts nor stripes, I'm at a loss. Should be edible, anyway. The red cabbage has a (small) heart, so we might get a decent jar of sauerkraut out of it. And I picked some thyme simply because it was smelling so delicious!
