Another walk ...

...at Ardmore .This is an unsual view, at high tide, looking over towards Helensburgh.  I liked the colours of the flowers in the foreground.  I've had a lovely day . A friend I've known for several years came to visit our home for the first time and we went to Ardardan for lunch. Jim was in Crinan today gathering hazelnuts for ' Trees for Life' seed collecting project. There is quite a steep climb up through the woods that I usually enjoy but decided not to go given the uncertainty about my health.
