Modbury.

We drove through Modbury on our way to visit Mother in Law. We have driven through here so many times, but never stopped. It was such a beautiful afternoon (after torrential rain on the motorway), that we decided to stop for 10 minutes and had a walk up and down the very steep street.

It’s a very nice wee town- mostly independent shops and businesses, including a butcher, bakery and jewellers as well as a few antique shops and art galleries.

The ghost sign for the CoOp is very nice- the CoOp has moved down the road.
