Before the rain came!

It has been rather breezy today ..... some lovely sunshine this morning but this afternoon has been very different!

We had a huge rainstorm accompanied by thunder & lightning! Plenty of puddles around now.

Lovely to have a visit from the Humming-bird Hawk-moth (this morning) .... it comes everyday ... rain or shine .... we often see it & we have seen two of them here at the same time once :-)

Managed to get this when the wind took a breath ..... rather liked the effect of the wing movement ... hope you like it too :-)

When we woke this morning we discovered the Phantom Flag Flyer had been busy!

There is a St George's flag hung on every streetlight .... see Extra!
