Hydrangeas

A day of bits and pieces! Dropped stuff off at the Baby Basics bank then went to the Gyle for a few things for our holiday.
My purple hydrangea has looked lovely but is starting to fade now so I brought a some blooms inside.
I realised earlier that we moved into our house thirty years ago today. We came from a one bedroom tenement flat in Meadowbank with an 11 month old baby. Commonly known as a "four in a block" but officially a double upper villa it has served us well over the years. We didn't expect to stay this long but price rises and wanting to stay in Edinburgh means we are still here! A tight squeeze at times particularly with two teenagers we now have plenty space for the two of us.
