Who?

I’ve been in here for more than twenty years, that has been on the church porch roof since 1810 or there abouts, and yet I’ve only just seen it properly.  Although I knew something was there it has never been clear, but the morning light made the letters stand out.  Biskit had insisted on a detour through the churchyard.
 
I have Googled the names etc, and tried the image, but no answers.  I will try the local experts later.
