Autumn Tones

Oh, heavy rain showers, welcome. We've been waiting for you. :-)

I was planning to go with the extra - a small white (pretty sure it's a small white not a large, but the AI can't make up its mind) perched in the Euonymus Japonicus in the back garden after heavy rain. It was like it knew about camouflage, and was probably quite put out that I'd spotted it!

But then I turned and was presented with this view of the pyracantha just coming into berry, with added raindrops and bokeh with (as I spotted when I processed the image) a spider web set perfectly into the top right of shot (and a tiny spider). It was an unplanned capture, but the autumn tones carried it for me.

Isn't it the way... like buses. You struggle to find a decent shot for days and then two come along at the same time!
