Wet Welsh Wednesday

That was a surprise, walking in the woods on our caravan site. 

It began to rain. Great!

But you have to be careful what you wish for..

Being in the woods often means shelter, but not this time. It hammered it down and we got thoroughly soaked. My waterproofs aren't.  The wind and rain thrashed the trees and we got peppered with twigs, leaves and acorns 

Hollie was anxious because of the ferocity. It was actually quite exciting ..

We sheltered for a while (nearly half an hour) under the kiddies play barn which has actually never been used by any kiddies to my knowledge.

In the end we made our way back to the 'van where Mrs I was waiting with towels and we got dried off and all my clothes were hung up in the bathroom. Everything was drenched.
