Blink & you'll miss it

Afternoon out in the sunshine today with Youngest. We hopped across Manchester to visit RHS Bridgewater garden and what a beautiful place.

They had a discounted membership offer on where they would also take off our entry fee for today, so after thoroughly enjoying it, we joined for a year - a no brainer, it's only half an hour or so from home and it's gorgeous as the extras hopefully show. The Paradise Garden was my favourite as modelled by my Indie Kid in the collage - bottom left - designed to ancient middle eastern principles of geometric shapes and divided by water channels.

Being quite close to Barton Aerodrome there were occasional light aircraft passing overhead so I snapped one (zoom in on the main blip) It's not 15LA but is the same model of Cessna ;-D

In the evening I visited my parents and fell asleep for an hour in their armchair...must have needed it...a 48 hour weekend after a month off work was quite a shock to the system! Later was a texting chat with Bestie during which we scheduled an overdue video natter for Wednesday :-)
