Different strokes

The latest in a succession of visiting cruise liners readies for departure,  the final tender having delivered back the  passengers who have spent the day in and around Fishguard, shopping, sightseeing and capturing the scene on their phones. The ship's crew will be starting the engines while the catering and hospitality staff will be preparing the evening's meals and on-board entertainment as they head for their next destination.

On land, the lone fisherman waits patiently with his rod and net. He might. or might not,  get a bite.

In between the two, barely visible save as a tiny speck, a seal pokes its head above the water that makes it all possible. Each to their own.
