ANTHURIUM

Had my weekly appointment at the Blaydon Clinic.   The appointment time was 3pm so the hourly bus from the village would get me there on time.   I walked down to catch the 2.35pm bus. It came on time.  

I saw a nurse I had seen before.  She seemed very pleased with how the ulcer was healing.  After removing the bandages and dressing she applied some Hydromol ointment  to my leg ( I had brought a tub  with me that had been prescribed by my GP.   Its a large tub to carry but worth it to get my dry skin moisturised.) New dressing and bandages were applied and I was on my way.

Got a bus to Lidl, did a bit of shopping, got a bus to the Metrocentre ... then straight on another bus home.  I was home by 4.30pm so I did a few chores including a load of washing and then watched 2 episodes of Shetland before having my meal.

The weather today was lovely - warm and sunny.  

The Tiny Tuesday theme is 'Flower'.  I forgot to take any outdoor shots in daylight so I was left with indoor plants to choose from.  Decided on this Anthurium flower.  Thanks to sk for hosting.
