I walked Django in the morning, then went rowing in Portobello - it was the "long row", which is 90 minutes rather than the normal hour. It was also quite sustained and I was concentrating on my technique for most of it. Portobello was mobbed - it was the annual Beach Busk and I was supposed to play with but I didn't know the repertoire well enough and I wasn't sur I would be available so hadn't signed up for it. In the end it was a good thing as Lucie arrived in the afternoon from Portugal for a couple of days with us and I went to get her from the airport after rowing. In the evening, Julian, Lucie and I were joined by Katya at a lovely Vietnamese restaurant.
