Jasmine necklace

Today I moved the plants I potted yesterday, to where Mum wanted them, and ended up doing a bit more weeding.  This ornament was in her garden when she moved in - and has since found its way to the edge of her new patio - and is now getting acquainted with the star jasmine.

I got packed up while Mum had a snooze in her chair (bless her, after two nights of virtually no sleep, she'd taken a sleeping pill last night, and it was still having an effect in the morning) - then when she woke up, I made her a coffee and we had a fun game of boccia.  She was trailing behind, but started catching me up, and literally as her lunchtime carer came in the front door, scored the three points she needed to draw level.  Great timing!  We carried on after Ellion had left, and she ended up thrashing me.

After a quick lunch, I packed the car up, did a last couple of jobs for Mum, then said goodbye and headed home.  On the way, I picked up a new bathroom drawer unit I'd ordered from Argos in Street.  Had a good journey after that, with my newly topped-up tyres, and got home to Tim in the early evening :)
