Personal Trainers

Not my photography unfortunately, this was shot by the brilliant John Ross and is part of a mailer to raise money for a 10K race that three of us in the office are taking part in.

These are however my trainers. Lovely shiny cushiony trainers. I'd enjoy wearing them so much more if it didn't mean I was exercising in them!
