According to the Geelong Bottle and Collectables Club - inc:

THE POLAR MILK CO PTY LTD. operated from the corner of Moorabool and Brougham St [Geelong] from about the mid 1930’s until about 1957. The horse stables were up a little cobblestone lane-way that ran off Moorabool St. to a courtyard at the back of the Dairy.

Observed in a locally famous Sydney record store. No doubt obtained when someone from Melbourne came to Sydney and sold some of their old vinyl.
