Garden Visit

We went to a lovely local garden this evening, it’s on the side of the old Leominster to Stourport canal. The photo is of the driveway alongside the stream & old canal route. The canal was never finished & was eventually bought by the railway company & abandoned.
The garden had lots of “rooms” where the planting differed to suit the conditions. Unfortunately the roses were all but over & the asters hadn’t flowered yet so we will definitely go back next June to see it in its full glory.
I spent the rest of the day making room for daughter J to move in on Wednesday, I now have an empty wardrobe & chest of drawers for her, it’s come round very quickly.
