Winnie

Winnie finally made an appearance today, after hiding due to her adventure.  She only made an appearance because daughter #1 fetched her down from her bedroom where she was hiding, in order to take her (plus Violet) home!  I had wanted to take a pic of her on our front room window sill or on the table in front of the window but as you see, she wasn't having any of it!
In other news:  later this evening, after supper, I managed to bang my leg on the kitchen stool, which resulted in a slice wound, much blood and no damage to my trousers but a Very Big Blood Stain.  We dealt with the wound and I put my trousers ins soak and The Son then asked if I was still going on holiday next week, as he was looking forward to our absence.  Of course I am still going on holiday but whether or not I can swim in the hotel pool is another question.
