After the body of Mary Ann Nichols body was brought to the Workhouse Mortuary in Whitechapel Dr Llewellyn would begin his Autopsy with a Police officer to keep press or public from gaining information. The Dr told the officer he'd deliver his results the next day to Inspector Frederick Aboline who joined CID Detective Inspector Edmund Reid at Scotland Yard
