High Key

A morning of phone calls…not sure i achieved anything but time will tell. A visit to the hygienist and dentist this afternoon where I was given a clean bill of health. Walked home via Asda to pick up a few supplies to keep me fed until MC takes me shopping tomorrow evening.

I found my blip as I walked under the road bridge after coming out of the dentists. Off for a quick walk along the prom now to get the last of my steps in.
