Lost in the Flood...

I went to the shops this morning wearing a t-shirt and shorts. The sun was shining and all was right with the world.

I just started to make my way home when the heavens opened. Fortunately I was able to take shelter in the doorway of an abandoned pub to avoid a total drenching. Things eased off a little after 15 minutes or so but I was still pretty soggy by the time I got back.

The title is of course hyperbolic, but it let's me sneak in another favourite song from many years ago
