Ouch!

I fell over on my dog walk this morning. I think I slipped off the curb twisting my right ankle and landing on my left knee and right thumb. While I sat on the kerb for a moment to sort myself out, a lovely lady stopped her car to ask if I needed help to get up. I accepted then limped the last 10 minutes home.

Alice prepared the ice packs for my injuries. Ibuprofen has been taken and a compression bandage applied. It’s been a quiet day although I managed to repaint a garden decorative panel while seated.

The dogs have given me lots of cuddles which makes everything better.
