A soggy buff-tailed bumble bee
Light rain on and off for most of the morning and this poor wee bee forgot his umbrella.
The Snowberry bushes up at the Heritage Park are way behind the ones in Pollok Park which have now replaced the flowers with clusters of white berries.
I can't remember ever seeing a bee gathering nectar from such tiny flowers
The council have been busy strimming back the dead stems and wild flowers that could be reached from the path. The bad news is that at the far end of the loch there is some Himalayan Balsam growing and that is not good news.
