Caring for myself

The funeral was on Saturday. Many people travelled. My house was full for the weekend. Reminiscing and laughing and talking to your cousins about when you were young and the things you got up to.

Now is all quiet. The visitors travelled home and all arrived safely.

Now the reality kicks in.

I had a seaweed bath this morning and I painted my nails pink. I am having a head and shoulders massage this afternoon.
