Market day

Had a bit of a tootle round the bank holiday market in town today - it was a beautiful day and good to see so many people around (I do hope they were buying). I picked up some new ribbon and felt, and a nice bit of chilli bread and a mahoosive chocolate brownie.

I don't know what the hell is wrong with me, I seem to have lost all sense of dietary discipline since I started swimming. You'd think the weight would be falling off me with all the exercise, but in 5 weeks I've lost 1.5lbs and that's because my brain suddenly thinks I can eat what I want because I'm doing a wee bit of exercise, and any notion of restraint has left me. I'm disgusted with myself.

Bloody good brownie, mind...
