Two First's

Two first's today, we went looking for River Otters at Kilchoan and we were successful and then we got to see a Pine Martin in the evening, enticed by some peanuts! This was taken through the window, so not the best quality but it was great to see them!

We also had Pine Martins back at the centre; one evening we were watching one when a wood mouse came running up to the upright log it was sitting on. It immediately picked up on the mouse as the mouse realised it's mistake and ran away. The Pine Martin took chase and started to pounce on the mouse right below us. It did get the mouse and took it up the pine tree before coming back down to finish the peanuts.
