Coast to coast
We started locally (south) at Havre des Pas, with the most exhilarating swim in crashing waves. Then took a drive to the north and north east coast.
This beautiful view is from a vantage point called Devil’s Hole. There is a hole through the rock into a kind of gulley, and I do remember a rickety stairway that went right down there. Long gone.
Then we headed west to the Atlantic coast. Cloud and squall were following us but the light was fantastic. A few pics in extras.
Sightseeing is exhausting though, a lot of driving and bracing fresh air! Got home, made a curry, and daughter J joined us.
I am so glad I took a day off tomorrow. Think I might fall asleep browsing so might leave it right here for tonight!
