Folkestone 5s

The 5s usually play their home matches at Stowting, affectionately known as as “The Ting”, but they were on the top pitch at 3 Hills today which meant I could wander over to watch. It’s the first time I’ve watched H play in the men’s team, he looks tiny!
Lucky timing meant I saw their 1 batter get his 100 and retire so H could go in at 3. He was 27 not out at the end of the 40 over innings with the team having set 252. I was cold so popped home at the innings break and returned to see the last 10 overs of Folkestone bowling. Pleased to report a successful defense and solid win for Folkestone.
