Blueberry pancake

A little messy - not like the ones my mother made to perfection. She could flip them over and she used a plate. 
But it's a perfect Sunday morning 'brunch' dish with the LA Times Sunday edition in e-paper :-( ... I still prefer the paper version but it has gotten so expensive...not just a little. The news has gotten so bad also reflecting our times we live in. We are thinking about all the poor people in the world and now that WWII is over now for 80 years why can't we have World Peace.
