3934. New painting!

I bought this lovely makeup bag in Australia last year and I thought it might make a good subject for a painting.  I had one spare canvas so I started it this morning.  I have some silk flowers left over from my canvas bag project so I will make use of the last few flowers and foliage, nothing ever gets wasted here!

I managed to spill my clean water jar twice whilst doing this so I’ve left it all for today after replacing the tablecloth twice, I think that’s a sign to stop!

My middle daughter has already bagged the painting when it’s finished!
