Healthy Dinner

So it was off to Costco to get some last minute snacks etc for the camp staff room - S and I decided a slice of pizza to share and a hot dog each would do nicely - but they had run out of hot dogs so a slice and a half was a much better idea! Boy was it yummy - as I am sure the red velvet cupcakes will be!
