You can see the ref to a storm/hurricane in the US, and in the right hand column a headline for an article on nuclear fusion. Ephemeris is the paper's name. Bit of a challenge to translate, so this old brain will have to smarten up. 'Caesar' salads are the best contemporary use of Latin I've come across for a while.
