Autumnal view ,Rosebank.

I stood looking over the bank - the grass hasn't been cut this summer as we decided to leave it until the early summer martigan lilies flowered . But it wasn't cut at all. Now it is covered in lovely russet seed heads.  
I came over last night and stayed over to help J with tomorrow's changeover and do some cooking.  
I drove home tonight in the dark - the first dark drive of autumn ! 
J is home tomorrow.  
It's been a strange week but the right decision to base myself at home .
