Tight Lines!

MaggieD and I took a run up to Lake of Menteith today. It was a beautiful calm day and the only fly in the ointment was the putt-putt of a couple of outboard motors.
I know that fishing is a very popular sport/hobby but I do wonder if, just occasionally, it is used as an excuse to escape from the wife/partner for a few hours. Or am I just being controversial!
As it has been another beautiful day, we have been outside most of the day just pottering in the garden; got the grass cut and edged as well as the regular watering and dead-heading. Its so rock 'n' roll!
