Not a typical August Bank Holiday

Blazing sunshine. On August bank holiday Monday? Surely not!
A superb weekend, aided by the weather.
Friends who have moved away were back visiting and it's been like old times. Some friendships it makes no difference the frequency of meeting, it's as though there's been no time passed.
It's hard not to wish that these times could be more frequent though, like they used to be. Greedy. Though I guess it's human nature to want more of good things. To not be satisfied. Still, it's not over yet, I will enjoy every moment I can while it lasts. Weekends like this are to be lived.
