Nunnington Hall

Nearly talked myself out of a Park Run this morning. But glad I made the effort despite felling tired. 

Took Richard to Nunnington Hall this afternoon. He wanted to try walking but the head support dug into his chin too much. Think I need some advice on putting it on. We used the wheelchair but the grass and gravel made for hard work. I popped along to the new garden layout. It really is filling out with colour as the plants get established.

Finished the day with watching the England Women play Samoa in the rugby union World Cup. A much changed team still were to strong for Samoa showing the gulf that exists between fully professional and those who still are part time
