Snowberries
There are quite a few Snowberry bushes in Pollok Park. They are fast growing, thicket forming shrubs with a rather long botanical name ..... Symphoricarpos Albus ..... I prefer Snowberry.
Some of the older bushes only have single berries spread throughout but this cluster, on a more vigorous bush, is a bonus with at least 9 berries grouped together.
It was a fine morning for a walk with the rain arriving after lunch. Now in the early evening there are patches of blue sky but also a fair amount of wind. The top branches of my acer are certainly looking very agitated .... I expect to see many leaves on the grass in the morning.
