Feeling Sheepish

This morning it felt like summer
By this evening it feels like summer is over .
By perchance l bought some new slippers today in readiness.

Elaine came this morning and we caught the bus to Grassington had the usual coffee and croissants then straight on the bus to Skipton. Obviously not hungry but we were thirsty after a while and so we went into The Woolly Sheep and l had a zero alcohol Nastro Perone.

Then to Ilkley to change buses but not before l had bought some quiche and salad for supper.

Next onto the fourth bus to Moss and Moor where l had seen that they were selling off all their fabulous sheepskin slippers. We both bought a pair Finally onto the next bus to home, all on time. So good if you have the app. Just as we got into my village the rain started and it’s still pouring down.

Going to eat soon then watch the Soul Proms on the good old BBC.
