Plaque commemorating Humphry Davy's birthplace

The people of Penzance are very proud of Sir Humphry Davy and this plaque is not far from his statue (which I've blipped twice). PRS means President of the Royal Society, a post he held from 1820 to 1827. There are some other Davy memorial artefacts around - I'm sure I'll blip them in due course!
