Pappardelle with Rose Harissa, black olives, caper

It’s pretty bad when I have to photograph our dinner!
This is a yummy homemade sauce from our home grown tomatoes that were roasted and frozen in March. It’s an Ottelinghis recipe- very simple, tasty and filling and goes over a pappardelle pasta.
It’s been a busy day. Jill left very early to help out with Merino Muster which went very well.
Frida and I had a lovely walk and then had friends from Dunedin visit for the afternoon.
Time for a quiet evening by the fire.
