Coldstream Civic Week

This is Phoebe's great grandpa Bill, giving a speech for his 50th anniversary since he was Coldstreamer during Civic Week. People who drive through the town must think its a mad little place, banners all down the street, roads closed for parades, and many people drinking at around 10am! This place does have a great sense of community though, everyone in the town always turns out for these events every year.
